The Oxatis Group acquired by CMA CGM and Lundi Matin

CMA CGM, a family-run International group based in Marseilles and a world leader in logistics and transportation, in association with the Montpellier-based startup Lundi Matin, specialists in business management software, jointly-acquired on Thursday, March 26th 2020, the main assets of the Oxatis Group. This includes the e-commerce activities of Oxatis and PowerBoutique, as well as the companies Oxatis UK, Oxatis Espana and ChannelPilot, the German specialist in SaaS solutions for the processing and optimisation of e-commerce data exports.

The Oxatis Group is delighted with the opportunity to integrate within a structure as large and robust as the CMA CGM Group, and to write a new chapter in the company's history together. Oxatis is equally delighted with the privileged partnerships that will be established with Lundi Matin, for the benefit of their respective customers.
